Penny Dupuis

Penny works to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and employees, and provides daily operational support to ensure the best customer service experience.
Before joining the Greenwood Financial team, she worked as a personal banker, teller manager, and loan officer assistant for eight years at Central Bank & Trust Co. in Lexington, Kentucky. After moving to Virginia, she worked for Liberty Property Trust, a commercial real estate company, before stepping back to devote more time to her three children.
During this time, she incorporated her passion for music by becoming a preschool music teacher for several area schools, as well as working as a companion care specialist for Senior Helpers, a local senior healthcare company.
Penny is driven by a passion for building relationships, working as a team, and serving others to help them reach their full potential and accomplish their goals. She is committed to living a life that reflects hard work, excellence, joy, and compassion.
In her free time, Penny enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, leading worship at her church, coaching youth volleyball, and working with the special needs community.
